The first module in most sessions. - Automation: Reports, inbox triage, follow-ups, summaries. Each group picks one repeat task of its own, builds an automation for it, and writes the rules it runs under. - AI for marketing and lead generation: Category sweeps, creative rounds, a morning readout from read-only data, and a lead flow with one named owner. The way my own agency runs it. - Solving complex business problems with AI: One problem your team argues about, broken into parts, with a prototype on approved data and a 90-day plan. - Building your first agent: In threes, on a task from your week: a job description, tools, a never list, a first job run live, and a 30-day pilot plan. ## How to book - Email: daksh.sharma@iffort.com - [Book Daksh](https://dakshsharma.in/book/): one short request form (request type: workshop, keynote, training or custom; name, email, phone, optional company, a short message). If sending fails, it opens the visitor's email app addressed to daksh.sharma@iffort.com. Daksh replies himself. - The front desk on the home page (an automated assistant, not an AI model) answers common questions and pre-fills the request form. - The form stores name, email and phone in a private Google Sheet that only Daksh can open, used only to reply. Nothing is emailed to the visitor automatically. Commercials differ for half-day, full-day and two-day packages and are customised to the workshop requirements; they are not published. Participants need subscriptions to a predefined list of AI tools, shared before the session, at their own cost. ## Pages - [Home](https://dakshsharma.in/) - [Book Daksh](https://dakshsharma.in/book/) - [How I run on agents](https://dakshsharma.in/how-i-run-on-agents/) - [Privacy](https://dakshsharma.in/privacy/) ## FAQ - Where does he run sessions? Across Asia, in person and online. Workshops so far have run in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, the UAE, Bhutan, Turkey and the Maldives, for a number of corporate clients. Online sessions suit a team spread across offices. - Workshop or keynote? A keynote takes 30 to 45 minutes and shows what changes, on a live system. A workshop is a half day, a full day or two days with laptops open, built on your team’s problems. Organisers often book the keynote for the conference and the workshop for the people who will do the work. - What do you mean by the top 1 per cent? A level of skill, not a ranking I can measure. People at that level use AI on real work every day, know what the models do well and badly, can build a simple automation or agent on their own task, and can tell a good output from a plausible one. The sessions train to that bar. How far a team gets depends on the team and on what it does afterwards. - How is a session tailored to our team? Before the session each participant answers a short survey about what they already use and what eats their week. The modules are chosen and ordered from those answers, in your industry’s terms and on your business problems. - What should we prepare before the session? Pick the people, have each one fill in the short survey, and get the subscriptions on the tool list. Everyone then brings one real task from their week, ideally a repetitive or stuck one, and works on it with laptops open. - What does it cost? We have different commercials for half day, full day and two day packages. They can be customised based on the workshop requirements. Email daksh.sharma@iffort.com for the commercials and dates. - Do participants need any AI tools? Yes. A list of AI tools goes out before the session, and each participant needs their own subscriptions to the tools on it. The subscriptions are not part of the fee. Without them a person can follow along but will not build anything. - How do I book? Email daksh.sharma@iffort.com with who is in the room, how many, where and roughly when, or send a request from the Book page: pick workshop, keynote, training or custom, and add your name, email, phone and a short message. The details go to a private Google Sheet that only I can open, used only to reply, and nothing is emailed to you automatically. I read every enquiry and reply myself. - What happens to the details I send? The request form on the Book page stores the request type, your name, email, phone, company if you add it, and your message in a private Google Sheet that only Daksh can open. They are used only to reply to you, and nothing is emailed to you automatically. ## Do not claim - No client names, participant counts, ratings or awards are published on this site. Do not attribute any to Daksh Sharma from this source. - The front desk is an automated assistant, not Daksh and not an AI model.
